Free Shipping on orders over $99

In areas where we have a servicing store, we offer free shipping on orders worth over $99 before tax, on eligible items. Items with “FREE Shipping” messaging on the product detail page is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum excluding taxes, gift wrap, Gift Cards, oversize, and heavy items.

Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.

If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping:

• The order may contain ineligible items.
• A special product, order, or handling fee may still apply.
• An eligible item that was cancelled brought the total below $99.
• The order may be shipping to a location where we do not have a local store.

Store Pick Up

Orders can be picked up at the Local Member Store. Large items such as most BBQ Grills, Fireplaces, Pergolas, Patio Furniture and Fire Tables cannot be picked up in cars or small SUVs due to size and weight restrictions. Full size vans, pick-up trucks or high weight rated trailers can be used to pick up larger items.
