Manufacturers we work with are also proud of their products. They love what they do! Sometimes, there may be problems that arise and that is when warranty comes into play.
Defective Products
If you purchased a product from We Love Fire® and it is not performing up to expectations, we would like to help you.
First Step:
Please reach out to our most local Member Store. Please do so via phone, email or chat. Tell us what is happening and we will do our best to make this work. If we are unable to resolve the issue and there is an obvious defect in the product you bought, we will need to take on Step 2.
Second Step:
Contact the manufacturer of the product. Each manufacturer has its own warranty coverage. To find out what is the warranty on the product you purchased, please refer to the owner’s manual or the Manufacturer’s website.
Being Proactive
Most manufacturers have a Warranty Registration Form off their website. Registering the warranty speeds up the process for warranty claims. Why not do it today?
